FAQ
Who is behind ShopElvisMatters.com?
ShopElvisMatters.com is an affiliate of Arbocantor BVBA powered by ElvisMatters.
Do I have to pay extra shipping for pre orders?
No. But please note that packages that contain a pre order item can’t be sent until all items are in stock. If you’d like to have the items in stock first, please order them separate.
Can I pay in Euro only?
All payments are in Euro. Depending on the payment system, the total due will always be in euro
How are S&H costs determined?
Our webshop is linked directly to the real time shipping costs of the Belgian and Dutch postal services. The shipping costs depend on the weight and measurements of the package. This way you pay exactly what the postal service charges without hidden costs. Packages for Belgium are sent from Belgium. Packages for the Netherlands and all other countries are sent from the Netherlands. That way we can guarantee you the best prices and quickest delivery. The S&H cost includes packaging and administration.
What’s the difference between letter mail and package mail?
Postal services determine the cost for shipping by the size of the package. If it fits in a regular letter box, then we ship it as letter mail. If the package is bigger than the opening of a regular letter box, we ship it as package mail. This also means that light weight packages can be shipped as package mail if the package is too big for a letter box.
Are my items safely and securely packed?
We know, as Elvis fans, how important it is to get your items exactly the way you want them. We use extra strong package material, suitable for heavy transport, including heavy cardboard boxes, bubble wrap and all other precautions. Rest assure that your package will get a VIP treatment and that it’s shipped with extra special care.
Can I pick up my order as well?
No, we ship all orders.
How do I know if a product is still in stock?
The smart system of our shop makes it easy for your: if it’s on the website, it’s in stock! As soon as an item is sold out, is automatically disappears from the website. Pre order items always show the expected delivery date.
