Memphis Recording Service (MRS) has announced a new release, “Live at the Houston Astrodome 1974,” set for release in April 2025. The release recreates a historic Elvis performance and will be available on both Deluxe CD and 180-gram vinyl.
On March 3, 1974, Elvis performed at the Houston Astrodome, one of the largest concert venues in the United States. That day, he entertained over 88,000 fans with an energetic set full of classics and gospels. Now, for the first time, this recording is available in stereo, making for a unique and enhanced listening experience. The LP version of this release will be available on both black and clear vinyl. Please note: the clear vinyl edition is only available through official Elvis dealers and fan clubs and will not be sold in regular stores.
