Millbranch Music has pleasantly surprised us recently with some great releases. Now this label is back with a very good release: a cd and dvd set with previously unreleased soundbooth" audio and video (in fantastic, stunning quality)!

Recordings of Elvis' first 'after Aloha' season in Las Vegas. More specifically February 11, 1973, Midnight Show.

"Ooh Las Vegas" is a CD and DVD Set in a Deluxe 3-Panel Digi-Pack. A completely new show. Recorded by British superfan Rex Martin. Taken from the original cassette tape - presents an absolutely complete show in stunning "Soundbooth" quality. Starting with music from Joe Guercio's Orchestra about half a minute before the intro of "Also Sprach Zarthustra" starts, you can even hear a few female voices greeting Rex Martin and a little conversation between them. Then there is the complete show until the end, when you hear the announcer talking about the Souvenir stand in the lobby. It doesn't get any better than this!
The DVD presents Millbranch's typical premium quality approach. You get over 90 minutes of video footage, including a great documentary about Elvis' performances in early 1973, which is both informative and entertaining. But most importantly, you get previously unreleased footage! See extremely rare footage in stunning quality with Elvis appearing in his Blue Pinwheel suit!

Attention regarding the image and sound quality: this set contains truly stunningly good sound and image material. A true treasure for the die-hard enthusiast. And this set is truly a must-have for every seventies enthusiast. Despite this, these remain amateur recordings. This was recorded with a amateur camera, and not all songs can be heard and seen in their entirety. But again, this set is without a doubt an addition to your CD and DVD collection.
