This concert was first released on the legendary “Profile” CD Box Set in 1996 (Volume 2)
and immediately found its way into the "Top Ten" of highly rated Elvis concerts of the 1970s, mainly because of the perfect song choice, which suited Elvis so well in the spring of 1975 – but also because Elvis really enjoyed himself on stage and sang wonderfully and with passion.
The recording is now sourced from the original digital master and Millbranch Music presents a new
Remastered stereo version that reveals details never heard before!
March 22, 1975: It was the week before Easter, the evening of the national “Easter Seals Telethon,”
Broadcast coast to coast across America. While most of the country was glued to their televisions, Elvis Presley was on stage at the Las Vegas Hilton. That same evening, he quietly donated $5,000 to charity.
