The Follow That Dream collectors label announced a release within the Live On Tour series. This time, the new 4CD set Elvis Summer Nights is being released.
The release takes Elvis back to the summer of 1974 and features night shows from Des Moines, Philadelphia, Columbus, and Milwaukee. As is customary with this FTD series, these are concert recordings as they were captured by the sound engineer at the time during the June 1974 tour.
Fans can once again look forward to strong live versions of classics such as Suspicious Minds, Polk Salad Annie, Bridge Over Troubled Water, Funny How Time Slips Away, Steamroller Blues, and An American Trilogy. Crowd favorites like Love Me Tender, Hound Dog, and Can't Help Falling In Love are, of course, also included.
The set is released as a deluxe 4CD 5-inch digipack.
