Het Follow That Dream-label heeft voor maart een bijzondere nieuwe release aangekondigd binnen de ‘live on tour’-serie: Elvis – The Last Concert. Deze 3CD-set verschijnt als luxe 5” digipak en markeert voor het eerst de officiële uitgave van Elvis’ allerlaatste live-optreden.
Centraal staat het concert van Elvis op 26 juni 1977 in de Market Square Arena in Indianapolis. Dit historische optreden, zijn laatste show voor publiek, krijgt hiermee eindelijk een officiële plek binnen het FTD-catalogus. De oorspronkelijke amateuropname is digitaal gerestaureerd om de geluidskwaliteit zo goed mogelijk te optimaliseren, met respect voor de historische waarde van het document.
Naast Indianapolis bevat deze 3CD-set twee aanvullende concerten: Sioux Falls (18 oktober 1976) en Atlanta, Omni Coliseum (30 december 1976).
De verwachte release datum staat gepland voor de week van 23 maart 2026. Zoals gebruikelijk bij FTD-releases betreft het een gelimiteerde oplage.
